For anyone who wants to stop for a moment, reflect and be closer to themselves and others. In short, live in the present moment! Our products and services are suitable for individuals, families, couples, schools, therapists and work teams - in short, for anyone who is looking for deeper meaning, inner peace and true connection.

What is the main idea of the book?

Our book helps capture what matters most – life. It is a space for memories, emotions and stories that deserve to be preserved. You can give it to someone close to you or fill it out yourself – creating a unique keepsake that connects generations, opens conversations and strengthens relationships. How does your card game work?

Our card game brings questions that open the mind and heart. Each card offers three different questions, three different levels of answers - from easy to deep. The player chooses how much they want to open up at any given moment - it's not about winning, but about sharing, listening and meaningful moments. How does your project differ from other self-development offers?

We don't teach how to necessarily be more efficient - but how to be more yourself. We don't chase quick results, but offer space to slow down, think deeper, and truly connect with others and yourself! We stand for values such as humanity, authenticity, honesty, and love.

Can I give your products or services as a gift?

Yes, of course! Any product or service from our offer can be given as a gift. We will be happy to issue you a gift voucher upon request.

Do you plan to further expand your offering in the future?

Yes, absolutely! The Sources of Development project is constantly growing – we are improving, tuning and looking for new ways to help people slow down, deepen relationships and perceive what is truly important. We are already preparing several new features that – we dare to say – can significantly enrich and change the lives of those who give them space.

Courses and therapies

How do I know which course and therapy is right for me?

You don't have to know right away - we'll be happy to help you choose based on your needs and personality. What matters is what appeals to you naturally or what you feel confident in.

Do I need to have previous experience with therapy?

You don't have to. Our courses and therapies are open to everyone – even those who are coming for the first time, with no experience. We will explain everything clearly and guide you through the entire process, step by step.

How does the first meeting go?

The first meeting is primarily about getting to know each other – the therapist, the environment and what brought you here. Together we will clarify your expectations and goals. Everything takes place in a calm, relaxed atmosphere and at a pace that is pleasant and familiar to you.

How can I order?

Through our online booking system, choose a possible free date and the exact time that suits you. Then you pay for the course via the payment gateway directly on the booking page. We will then confirm everything by email. Everything is simple, intuitive and will not take you more than a few minutes.

Can I arrange just one meeting, or do I have to come regularly?

Every person is unique. Some people need multiple sessions, others may only need one or a few visits. We can discuss everything together at the first meeting and find the path that will be the most natural and best possible for you.

Is it possible to cancel or reschedule a meeting?

Yes, it is possible. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances come into play. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know well in advance - together we will find a new one.

What if I don't arrive on the reserved date and don't let anyone know?

If you do not arrive on the date without prior notice, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded. We trust you understand this – preparation and time are valuable to us. However, if you let us know in advance, we will be happy to find an alternative date.

How long does one session last?

The length of the session varies depending on the type of therapy and your preferences. You can find the exact time in the description of each course.

Where is the meeting taking place?

The meeting place depends on the specific type of therapy. The exact location can always be found in the description of the selected course.

Trade

What are the shipping and payment options?

We ship goods via Zásilkovna, in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and 30 other countries. When ordering, you can choose whether you want to deliver to a pick-up point or to a Z-BOX. Payment is possible in advance by credit card online, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or by transfer. You can easily set everything during the order according to your preferences.

When will my ordered goods arrive?

We ship goods from our warehouse once a week – every Tuesday or Wednesday. Delivery via Zásilkovna usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

Where is my shipment located right now?

You can easily track the movement of your shipment online or directly in the Zásilkovna application. As soon as we hand over the shipment to the carrier, Zásilkovna will send you a notification. These notifications contain information about the acceptance of the shipment for transportation, the time of delivery to the address, or delivery to the pick-up point. You will also receive a tracking number.

I want to cancel the contract or the shipment arrived damaged. What now?

We are sorry that this has happened. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible - please contact us at the e-mail address: obchod@pramenyrozvoje.cz, describe your case and we will arrange an exchange of goods or a refund with you.

Can I return the goods?

Yes, of course. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Is it possible to modify or cancel an order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to help you modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible – ideally by email or phone. Together we will find the best possible solution.

How do you package the goods?

We pack each order with the utmost care – as if we were sending it to our loved ones. We care that everything arrives to you in perfect order and safely! And one more little thing… We believe that joy is hidden in the details. That is why you will find something extra in the package – a gift, a little thing that will please you and that you did not order, but you deserve!

You can write to us via our contact form, by email or through our Instagram. We are here for you every day and we try to answer your questions as soon as possible – every weekday from 8:00 to 18:00. And if you call and accidentally don't get through to us, don't worry – we will get back to you, or simply write us a message as stated in the first sentence.

I am from the media and would like to interview you. Who should I contact?

We would be happy to! Please write to us via the contact form, on Instagram, or by e-mail. Please specify what exactly it is about, what topic you would be interested in, etc. We will respond as soon as possible and agree on the next steps.

I want to buy a larger quantity of products from you – how do I proceed?

Thank you for your interest – we would be happy to work with you! Please send us an e-mail with information about which products and quantities you are interested in. We will prepare an individual offer for you and arrange everything necessary.

Can I send you a topic for a video question?

Of course, we'd be happy to! It's best to write to us directly in Instagram messages - that's where we're most often in contact with you. We'll be happy to read, consider and possibly use every good idea!

Is it possible to meet you in person somewhere?

Yes, we sometimes participate in various events, festivals or meetings. We regularly share information about where we are going and where we can meet together on our Instagram. Follow us there and you won't miss anything! We look forward to meeting you!
