Art has the power to reveal what words often fail to express. Clinical art therapy is not just about colors and shapes – it is a sensitive, creative process that helps release tension, understand oneself, and discover a path to positive change.

How does the workshop work? What will you experience?

Each meeting is unique and tailored to the person who comes. We start with a simple conversation where we name together what is bothering you or what you would like to open up. We create a safe space where you can be accepted and respected. Sometimes you need to be silent for a moment, other times you just need to breathe and let the process flow.

Then comes the actual creation – sometimes intuitive, sometimes guided. You don’t need any artistic skills, the important thing is that the creation is authentic and yours. The process is often relaxing and helps you get closer to feelings that words can’t capture.

At the end, there is a space for sharing and reflection, which helps to understand yourself and integrate the emotions you have experienced. The length of the session is flexible - it can last from 45 minutes to longer, always at a pace that is safe and supportive for you.

Why art therapy?

Art therapy combines art with psychotherapy and offers a way to express what words cannot. It is not about how "pretty" you draw, but about the process itself, which reflects your inner world.

It is a space where you can relieve pressure, chaos and pain. Art therapy does not judge, there is no right or wrong. Everything you create has a meaning, even if you do not understand it yet.
